At Manitobah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new mukluks or moccasins aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between an exchange or a refund to generate your prepaid shipping label and packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn items back into their original Manitobah shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer with the packing slip included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
