How do I determine the right size for my mukluks?
Our mukluks generally run true to size but may stretch slightly as the natural suede and leather conform to your feet. If you are a half-size, we typically recommend sizing down for a snug, comfortable fit.
What materials are used in Manitobah products?
We use high-quality natural materials including authentic suede, grain leather, and sustainably sourced rabbit fur. Many of our outsoles feature Tipi designs or Vibram technology for durability and traction.
Are your boots waterproof?
While our 'Waterproof' collection is specifically treated and sealed for wet conditions, our classic suede and leather products are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend applying a protective spray before your first wear.
How long does shipping take within North America?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tags remain attached. Return shipping fees may apply depending on your location and promotional offers.
